A mediator is an independent, impartial professional who structures and guides a confidential process to help parties in conflict communicate effectively, clarify the issues, and identify practical options for resolution. They do not take sides or impose outcomes; instead, they facilitate a fair, balanced dialogue that enables participants to reach voluntary, mutually acceptable agreements.

A King’s Counsel or KC is awarded to lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill and expertise in advocacy.

Annette adopts a thoroughly modern approach to this traditional model in providing affordable, accessible, attainable services to benefit clients. First-hand accounts of huge fees for no or low product from lawyers continue to abound. Change for good is required.

Dating back to 1597, the appointment as one of "His Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law" historically meant advising the monarch. Also known as ‘taking silk’ (the gown worn in court), the title reflects the gender of the reigning monarch.
